By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate account and delivery information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that breach these terms.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline the order and refund any payment.

We take care to price and describe products accurately. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at that price.

Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm payment.

We deliver to the address you provide, within the countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours.

Your statutory cancellation and return rights are set out in full on our shipping and returns page. In summary, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in resalable condition for a refund.

Certain items — opened software, digital codes, and hygiene-sealed products — cannot be returned once opened, except where faulty.

New devices carry a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. Warranty terms specific to each product are shown on its page.

If a product develops a covered fault, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you, at our discretion and in line with your legal rights.

You may use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, resell content, or misuse promotions and coupon codes.

Product reviews you submit must be your genuine opinion and must not contain unlawful, offensive or promotional content. We may remove reviews that breach this.

The DigitabAI name, logo, site design, text and images are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual-property law. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost data or lost profit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
