Our story
DigitabAI started in 2019 in Dubai, when our founders spent a frustrating month trying to buy a work laptop online. Listings contradicted each other, "like new" meant six different things, and support was a chatbot that never escalated. They decided a store could do better.
We began with a small catalogue of laptops and a simple promise: describe every product honestly, inspect every unit before it ships, and put a human on the other end of every question. Customers noticed, and the catalogue grew — phones, tablets, monitors, audio, gaming and smart home.
Today DigitabAI carries more than 12,000 products from over 240 official brands and ships across the UAE and the wider GCC. We are still a small team by retail standards, and we still read every review. The promise has not changed.
